The breaking news from the U.S. today (Nov. 17, 2021) is that The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) of the U.S. Department of Labor suspended the “implementation and enforcement” of Biden’s draconian vaccine mandate after it was struck down in court and a “stay” was put on it:
“The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed its decision to place a temporary stay on President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate that would require employers with 100 or more workers to get vaccinated or get tested for the virus weekly. The court demanded on Friday [Nov. 12, 2021] that U.S. Labor Department’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration to “take no steps to implement or enforce the Mandate until further court order.”
This news – that the OSHA suspended implementation of the mandate, can be found on hundreds of independent and conservative sites (below). An opponent of medical tyranny, Alex Berenson, says the story is not being reported in the mainstream media. So I decided to test that with a search of the text “OSHA suspends implementation.” I use the Duckduckgo search engine, but it can be done in Google as well:
Aside from Yahoo News (is that part of the MSM?), there was no CNN, CBS, MSNBC, etc. It seems that Berenson was right about the MSM.
Yesterday, Nov. 16, CNN reported on the legal appeal to the court striking down Biden’s mandate but does not seem to have announced the OSHA’s suspension of the implementation of the mandate.
In contrast, there was plenty from the MSM about Biden’s announcement when it came out earlier this year. They trumpeted it from the rooftops, giving the false impression to the world that Biden’s announcement was law. In fact, it never was enforceable, as some Republican politicians such as Marjorie Taylor Greene tried to point out, following a Republican bid to strike down the mandate.
Despite that, thousands of businesses in the U.S. with over 100 employees scrambled to comply, leaving tens of thousands of workers jobless and many more faced with the hard decision to submit to the jab or lose their livelihoods. Many quit their jobs rather than submit to a law that was not even in force (though many did not know that). They refused to comply for religious, medical, and not least, principled reasons.
The religious reasons are complex (see this letter) but mainly focus on opposition to fetal cell lines from abortions.
I would also, for myself, add that giving into vax mandates is idolatrous, insofar as it’s tantamount to surrending to a false god, the state. I say this because I believe the mandates have nothing to do with health and their real function is to impose corporate Communism.
The medical reasons stem from a legitimate fear of the adverse events and possibly lethal consequences of the jab. These fears are not unjustified, given that tens of thousands have already died from the jab, and many more may do so yet, if some scientists are to be believed.
The principled reason is that being forced by the state or an employer to undergo a medical procedure against your will is morally wrong, being a violation of freedom of medical choice and privacy. This relates to the reasons stated above: that it is idolatrous to submit to this evil. In theological terms, your body is a temple (1 Cor. 16:19), and to pollute it is wrong. ‘Vaccine’ defiance is a principled rejection of the plan to use this ‘vaccine’ to implement a system of authoritarian global governance.
The MSM’s role in helping to enforce a mandate that had no power of law is itself interesting and worth noting. Sometimes the impression that a law exists is all that’s needed for it to have power. It’s the same with the media reporting on fines for not social distancing or not wearing masks: the real function of the fines is for the media to report them in order to scare the majority of the population into compliance. If the media did not report them it would obviate their true function.
The media are not neutral bystanders reporting the news; they are now playing an active role in manipulating public opinion — otherwise known as political propaganda.
The MSM has actively suppressed the truth and promoted lies to support medical tyranny for the last 1.5 years. They have not done their due diligence in terms of reporting the truth and uncovering the greatest hoax in human history.
It’s not that SARS-CoV2 is a hoax (I believe it’s a real disease, created in the Wuhan lab for a nefarious political purpose). The hoax is the idea that this disease represents a pandemic worthy of suspending constitutional rights under emergency orders.
This is a very clever deception that began with the lie “two weeks to flatten the curve.” At the time, I opposes this, knowing what it really meant. I was told on Twitter to be patient. We’re still waiting for it to end. The fact is that it will never end as long as people keep submitting.
It would take several volumes to document all the MSM lies, which include:
- Lying about the origin of Covid-19 and covering up for the CCP. When the truth finally came out and could no longer be denied, the MSM and so-called ‘fact-checkers’ quietly withdrew their false claims.
- Inflating the seriousness of SARS-CoV2 to scare people.
- Suppressing the truth of the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine and Ivermetic and promoting the fiction that they’re dangerous — which ended up costing lives.
- Smearing the reputations of physicians ad scientists who were courageous enough, to tell the truth about the serious risks and costs of lockdowns, masks, and the jab.
- Not reporting freedom rallies or giving a voice to the vocal opponents of this new tyranny, and instead smearing them as ‘anti-vaxxers’ and ‘conspiracy theorists.’
- Promoting the falsehood that the ‘vaccines’ are safe and effective and failing to report the truth about the risk of adverse events.
- Promoting lockdowns and then failing to report on the real costs, including no mention of a cost-benefit analysis highly critical of the lockdowns.
- Reporting the lie that any dissent from the narrative they were promoting was “medical misinformation” and promoting the voices of those who called for censorship.
The MSM is complicit in imposing medical tyranny. From day one they’ve skewed the truth or even printed outright lies in order to create a moral panic, for the purpose of helping change a liberal democracy with free speech into a global authoritarian dictatorship.
To many of us the lies and deceptions of the MSM were known long before 2020 (e.g., five years of non-stop Trump Derangement Syndrome), so it comes as no surprise.
Unfortunately, millions of people still believe the MSM’s propaganda and their worldview is shaped by it, giving almost unlimited power to a handful of unscrupulous people (the CCP leadership, Big Pharma, globalist leaders and planners, MSM owners and editors). Those people are now colluding to destroy humanity in the most audacious scheme in human history and the MSM is helping them.
The owners and editors of CNN, MSNBC, CBC, etc are guilty of crimes against humanity for their role in helping the CCP to destroy the constitutional rights and freedoms of humanity and impose worldwide corporate Communism.
It’s interesting to note that in the CNN report (above), they mention that “liberal-leaning unions joined in too, arguing in some cases that OSHA has the authority to go further and issue a more stringent mandate” and “The union says that the mandate “fails to adequately protect all workers” who face a grave danger from Covid-19.”
If unions argue for less liberty, how are they “liberal-leaning” exactly? They sound fascist-leaning if anything.
The CNN article is mainly focused on the contention that whatever court of appeal it goes to, it’s a “lottery” because some courts of appeal are more politically partisan than others. They should not be but are, we’re told. CNN should know since it has had a role in trying to manipulate the court system in favour of the Democrats.
This court ruling against the Biden mandate seems to be a snag in the CCP’s plan to destroy the world and remake it in their own image.
What devious machinations are going on behind the scenes to reverse it? Are there death threats being secretly telephoned to judges in the middle of the night by PLA and DS operatives? Given all that’s happened over the last two years, that’s entirely plausible.
My fear is that the full truth will never emerge until much too late. In the USSR, the truth was supressed in favour of lies. People went along with the lies out of fear and evil reigned on Earth. The same thing appears to be happening now. These lies need to be challenged and the truth spoken.
The so-called “journalists” who go along with this deception ought to be ashamed for selling their souls.

“On November 12, 2021, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit granted a motion to stay OSHA’s COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard. … The court ordered that OSHA ‘take no steps to implement or enforce’ the ETS ‘until further court order.’ While OSHA remains confident in its authority to protect workers in emergencies, OSHA has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigation,” posted the agency on its official webpage.
The Biden administration had previously argued the mandate was similar to other safety precautions, like mandatory hard-hats when working on construction sites.
“When this finally gets fully adjudicated, the validity of this requirement will be upheld. If OSHA can tell people to wear hard hats on the job, it can put in place these simple measures to keep our workers safe,” White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain told MSNBC News on Nov. 9.
The President’s order — issued in September — mandated all private businesses with more than 100 employees to require the COVID vaccine for workers with few exemptions. The mandate is scheduled to begin on Jan. 4 pending future legal challenges.

In defense of human freedom
